Booking runs through Google Calendar, so you will get the invitation and any reschedule link straight from there. Nothing to install, and no form to fill in twice.

Before the call

Nothing to prepare. If you have architecture notes or a cost breakdown to hand they help, but they are not required.
No access needed. We do not ask for credentials or read-only roles to have a conversation.
Bring the awkward question. The version nobody wants to upgrade is a better use of the time than a roadmap.
